Strategy Law is pleased to announce that four of our attorneys, including all three partners, have been named to the Northern California 2022 Super Lawyers List.
The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5% of attorneys in each state to receive this honor.
Tamara Pow, Managing Partner at Strategy Law, LLP, has once again been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for the 5th consecutive year. Ms. Pow’s legal practice focuses on business and real estate transactions including LLCs and partnerships. She has spent over 25 years representing companies, individuals and real estate investors and helping them with real estate purchases, sales, leases, exchanges, closely held business formations, operations and contracts. Her goal is to protect her clients from liabilities so they can focus on their business. She was instrumental in forming Strategy Law, LLP, and growing the firm to its current size. In addition to her law degree, she also has an MBA and a real estate broker’s license.
Jack Easterbrook, a Partner at Strategy Law, LLP, has been named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list for the second year in a row. Mr. Easterbrook represents private and institutional lenders, businesses and individuals in matters concerning secured loan transactions, commercial debt financing, problem loan workouts and liquidations, insolvency, and creditor’s rights issues. His practice includes structuring and documenting complex loan transactions and financings secured by real estate, intellectual property, or business assets. Jack also has extensive experience in negotiating commercial and construction contracts.
Serge Filatov, a Partner at Strategy Law, LLP has been named to the 2022 Northern California Super Lawyers list. He was previously named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2017-2020. Mr. Filatov represents institutional and private lenders as well as borrowers in commercial debt financings and other creditor’s rights issues. He also represents business owners and real estate investors on business matters. He works closely with small to medium sized businesses to form their entities and document their various agreements and represents clients in mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations.
Jason Murai, a real estate attorney with Strategy Law, LLP, has been named to the 2022 Northern California Super Lawyers List. He was previously named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2020. He works with clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and review of purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements. He also forms limited liability companies and partnerships.
